     Sandbags stands are quite different from the norm and quite attractive. Unlike typical loudspeaker stands that are conveniently fabricated from metal tubing, the sandbags are made from the same high quality medium density fiberboard as the finest loudspeakers and finished in satin black lacquer that fits in nicely with most decor. 
     Sandbags stands may be filled with sand or other materials to make them provide a more solid foundation, which provides greater definition and accuracy to speakers placed on them by reducing vibrations.
